30 East 29th St. is a 605-foot-tall residential building in midtown east that was developed by Rockefeller Group and designed by CetraRuddy Architecture DPC. R&R Scaffolding, LTD was selected to design, manufacture, and install one Single Jib Building Maintenance Unit for the residences known collectively as Rose Hill. The system is designed to access the full geometry of the building and is provided with a unique maintenance platform approach system to provide access to the building’s recessed facades.
