111 West 57th Street, also known as Steinway Tower, is the third tallest building in New York City, at a staggering 1,428 feet tall. The building is located in midtown Manhattan and was developed by JDS Development Group and designed by SHoP Architects. R&R Scaffolding, LTD was selected to design, manufacture, and install a track-mounted single-jib Building Maintenance Unit which can access all façades of the building. The BMU is equipped with a telescopic mast so it can completely hide from view while not in use.
