Suspended Swing Stage Solutions
Outrigger Systems

When parapet walls or other structures are not available, outrigger beams are the solution.  Utilized in conjunction with counterweights (or other ballasting method), outriggers allow the users to rely solely on their own equipment.  Engineered with a safety factor of 4, outriggers can satisfy most every access requirement.

Used in cases where there are no parapet walls or other obstructions at the roof’s edge.  Typical outreaches of up to 4’-0” can be achieved.

These systems employ stands (either 4’ or 6’ in height) in order to allow the outrigger beam to clear a parapet wall or other obstruction.

Outreaches are fully adjustable from 1’-0” to 5’-6” through the use of a 3-piece telescoping beam.  Outreaches between 3’-0” and 5’-6” require the use of a cable-truss system.

Note:  Ballast calculation is dependant on load, outreach and backreach.  Call for expert advice.
