Mono Rail

Our drum hoists are single-line pull with capacities from 500 - 2000 pounds. Powder coated for durability and weather resistant, these units can last in the outdoor environments for many years.

Some of our hoists have an available dual speed operation with Soft-Start/Soft-Stop, these hoists are perfect for lifting delicate or heavy loads.  Certain models come with a detachable control box making it easy to repair/replace with out having to remove the hoist from the job location.

   Mounting Options:

I-beam roller:
This method allows the versatility of mounting to existing ceiling beams in addition to a scaffold-mounted beam.  The I-beam rollers adjust to accommodate a variety of beam sizes.

Scaffold Mounted Monorail:
Designed for both 7’-0” and 8’-0” centers, this monorail mounts to standard pipe scaffold frames.  The system can be used on it’s own (roof mounted) or as part of an existing pipe scaffold system.

Trestle Mounted Monorail:
This method affords the user the greatest load capacity.  Up to 2,000 lbs. capacity at the maximum allowable outreach.

Post Mount:
This is used for light duty lifting.  The hoist attaches to the leg of a pipe frame scaffold.  This method allows for limited loads.
